"Since bringing the first LASIK system to Santa Barbara, I've made it my priority to provide the best available LASIK technology for my patients.
So I'm very pleased to announce my newest LASIK technology: the WaveLight® EX500 with CONTOURA® Vision eye-mapping.
This is leading-edge technology, and I urge you to read all about it. From a medical standpoint, this is the new standard. So whether you travel to a large city or see me, please ask for the WaveLight® EX500 with CONTOURA® Vision for your LASIK procedure."
"My office can offer Santa Barbara area cataract patients the newest available technology for cataract surgery.
One of the greatest recent advancements has been the advent of computer-guided lasers (the LenSx system) to assist in portions of your cataract removal and implantation of your intra-ocular lens (IOL).
Also, patients suffering from glaucoma can choose to add a second, simultaneous procedure during their cataract surgery, iStent, to treat their glaucoma.
There are now special types of IOLs for specific vision issues. I'm very excited about the new Alcon IQ PanOptix Multifocal lens, the first and only trifocal lens available in the United States. This lens adds the ability to see at arm's length as well as near and far."
"Comprehensive ophthalmic care has been our priority for over twenty years.
In addition to the latest advancements in LASIK and cataract surgery, we offer routine eye exams, laser surgery, diabetic yearly eye exams, glaucoma care, and simple or complex contact lens fittings.
My staff and I strive to provide the most personalized eye care in the area. We offer all of this professional attention in an atmosphere where you are our priority. This is a doctor's office where everyone knows you by name."
